This Progression set features 10 solid cast iron bells weighing between 4 and 40kg – allowing for targeted, incremental development of specific muscle groups. PROGRESSING WITH KETTLEBELLS
Work on technique first and once you’ve developed it, do not sacrifice form to perform extra reps or go up in weight (usually in 4kg increments). Doing so could result in muscle strain and potential injury. Strength will improve the more frequently you exercise, but don’t forget you need time to recover. Focus on performing your sets in a shorter amount of time before moving up to a heavier kettlebell.
