We’re proud to once again be participating in Alberta Sports and Recreation Association for the Blind’s (virtual) Sight Night! It’s a great cause and we’re looking forward to running in the event in person for years to come.
Two years ago, members of our staff and their families came together to participate in the Sask Marathon. We had team members running in every category: 5K, 10K, half marathon, and even one brave soul running the full marathon. We can’t wait until we can all get together again!
#REPOST from @bluejay_thefrenchie Mama says: don't ever skip a Monday We must work out every day. That's why I got muscles 💪🏼 Thanks to @flamanfitness For the equipment, so I can stay fit 💙😄
🤔 Did you know? Is “No pain, no gain” good advice? . ❓Sean Kuechenmeister, Certified Athletic Trainer at the New York Sports Science Lab brands this “a myth for sure.” Soreness, he says, is the breakdown of muscle tissues followed by the release of toxins. And pain lasting over 72 hours suggests you're under-recovering and overtraining. Andy Stern, Founding Trainer and Director of Talent Rumble Boxing adds refusing to take a break yields constant wear that the body can’t handle. “If I'm doing a bicep curl, a small tear is going to happen so the body is going to repair itself because the machine knows how to survive.” But it needs downtime to heal itself.”
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Google Reviews Recently bought 3 paddleboards for my family from the store manager Kevin. He was great to deal with, answered my questions and got us all suitable boards. Will definitely recommend it to friends. Thank you John Jacobs for your words!
